Meet the Team

Founded in 2015 with a team that has proven and detailed knowledge of the real estate and property management industries, The Property Management Connection (PMC) offers property owners peace of mind while helping them to maximize their real estate investment.

The PMC founding team is experienced and reliable, with knowledge that helps property owners seek the best return on investment by minimizing the time rental units are vacant, recommending improvements that will result in higher rental rates, and advising owners when it’s time to grow, diversify, or liquidate a portfolio of properties. By not just adhering to – but also far exceeding – the codes of conduct and ethics of their industries, the PMC team embodies very high standards of communication, openness, and dependability.

Trevor Garrett, RMP® , MPM® » Founder & Principal Broker
Trevor Garrett
Trevor founded Property Management Connection (PMC) in 2015 and served as its Principal Broker until August 2022 after leading the company to 600 doors under management.

Trevor is a national leader in the property management field and holds Residential Management Professional (RMP ®) and Master Property Manager (MPM ®) designations from NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers). Trevor has served on NARPM’s Board of Directors as the Technology Committee Chairman and Data Metrics Task Force Chairman.

Trevor has served on the Tennessee REALTORS®’s Commercial Forms Committee, which oversees property management agreements and leases used by REALTORS® throughout the state. In 2023, he will chair the Commercial Committee for Greater Nashville REALTORS®.

With the guidance of several significant local real estate investors, Trevor began investing in real estate during the last economic downturn, focusing on the acquisition of residential rental properties. In 2014, he launched his first investor fund, Cobalt Properties I, LLC. The following year he founded PMC. Trevor has helped clients across the country invest in over $50 million of residential and multi-family real estate.

The Greater Nashville REALTORS® awarded him with their Diamond Elite Award annually from 2016 to 2019. Furthermore, they named him the “Top Listing Agent” in 2017 and 2019.

In addition to his leadership in the property management and REALTOR® professions, Trevor is a licensed general contractor and licensed mortgage loan originator.

Trevor holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in Accounting from Lipscomb University.
Eric Jones » Senior VP & General Manager
Eric Jones
Property Management Connection named Eric Jones senior vice president and general manager in August 2018. In this role Jones will lead the daily operations of PMC’s property management division.

A 25-year veteran leader in Nashville’s sports and entertainment community, Jones comes to PMC after leading Vanderbilt University’s athletic ticketing and sales efforts since 2006. His diverse background includes extensive experience in customer service, sales, operations, management, marketing, communications, strategic planning and branding.

An avid baseball fan, Eric enjoys serving as an official scorer for the Nashville Sounds; a post he has held since 1999. He also moonlights as an early season play-by-play voice for the Vanderbilt Commodores baseball team.

A native of Maryland, Jones received his undergraduate degree from Belmont University and master’s from Middle Tennessee State University. Jones and his wife, Laura, enjoy taking in the Music City’s live music scene and cheering on the Tennessee Titans, Vanderbilt Commodores and Baltimore Orioles.
Kyle Lehning » Partner & Senior VP, Operations
Kyle Lehning
Kyle Lehning joined Property Management Connection in October 2016. He works in both investment acquisition and property management. Kyle is a licensed real estate agent.


A Nashville native, Kyle attended the University of Tennessee earning a degree in Business Management. After graduation, he worked in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, before returning home to work in the construction industry.

Kyle enjoys the outdoors and likes to golf and fish.
Connor Prady » Portfolio Manager
Connor Prady
Connor began his journey as PMC's Portfolio Manager in November 2021. He earned his BBA at Lipscomb University in Nashville. Growing up in Franklin, TN, he developed a love for every type of sport and still engages in many today. His favorite part about PMC is the management style that pushes him to grow.
Ben Robinett » Portfolio Manager
Ben Robinett
Ben Robinett started his career by serving eight years as a US Navy Avionics Technician before transitioning into the real estate and property management industries. Prior to joining PMC, he worked in Washington state before he and his family decided to move to Nashville. He joined the PMC team because of the company’s dedication to both owner and tenant satisfaction. When not at work, Ben enjoys attending sporting events with his three boys, making craft beer, and golfing.
Dakota Jones » Maintenance Supervisor
Dakota Joneses
Dakota Jones started in January 2021 as the Maintenance Supervisor for The Property Management Connection. Being a native of Tennessee, he attended Middle Tennessee State University where he achieved a degree in Aerospace Administration along with a Professional Pilot concentration.

Coming from an inspector position in his previous work, Dakota has thorough knowledge of issues that arise in houses and can quickly reach solutions while providing excellent customer service. He's an avid sports fan that loves playing golf and spending time outdoors with his family. His wife, daughter, and dog's favorite outdoor activity is going to the lake.
Bradley Rehr » Property Standards Manager
Bradley Wehr
Bradly began working as PMC's Property Standards Manager in September of 2021. Born and raised in South Florida, Bradley pursued a degree in Environmental Science and Engineering At Florida Gulf Coast University.

Bradley is an avid fisherman and a captain in offshore tournament circuits. He brings to PMC his mathematic and analytic skills and his favorite thing about the company is the comradery of all the employees at Bradford Real Estate.
Ricki Schlabach » Tenant Relations Coordinator
Ricki Schlabach
Ricki Schlabach joined The Property Management Connection in January 2017 as the Tenant Relations Coordinator.

A Hoosier by birth and a Buckeye at heart, the Middlebury, Indiana native earned his BA in Psychology from Goshen College. For the past 20 years, he has lived in Nashville working for the Nashville Sounds as Director of Ticketing, Streamline Technologies as Director of Customer Service, and Superior Auto & Transportation as the Invoicing and Check Reconciliation Manager.

Ricki is a devoted fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes, Cleveland Indians and Cleveland Browns.
Didier Ortiz » Tenant Relations Coordinator
Didier Ortiz
Didier Ortiz has worked in Tenant Relations since July of 2021. He lives in Hermosillo and studied Clinical Psychology at Vizcaya University. Didier brings strategic plans and teamwork skills to PMC. When he is not working, he can be found at the gym or playing video games. Didier is pursuing a career with PMC because the work environment is so positive and the friendliness is contagious.

Aldo Hernandez » Tenant Relations Coordinator
Aldo Hernandez
Aldo Hernandez Lopez began working as the Tenant Relations Coordinator in June of 2021. He currently resides in Culiacan, Mexico, the same city he attended college to acquire his Business Administration degree. Aldo is a team player ad excels in his customer service role.

When Aldo is not working, you can find him practicing the drums for his band or indulging in a cooking lesson. His favorite thing about PMC is that it feels like he is working with friends as opposed to another job that might merely consist of just "coworkers".
Daniela Alvarez » Lead Leasing Coordinator
Daniela Alvarez
Daniela Alvarez became a Tenant Relations Coordinator for PMC in August 2020. She is from Cd Juarez, Chihuahua which borders El Paso, TX and is where she resides with her three children and three cats.

Daniela studied Psychology at Cd Juarez Public University and became an English Teacher at the community center for children 5 to 12 years old. She has taught English for 8 years and loves spending time with her kids and cats.
Adrian Vazquez » Leasing Coordinator
Adrian Vazquez
Adrian began working at PMC in September 2021 and thrives in his position as a Leasing Agent. Adrian currently resides in Hermosillo, Mexico where he attended the University of Sonora.

Adrian is a problem solver and analyst. In his free time, he enjoys exercising, studying and cooking Italian cuisine. His favorite part of working at PMC is the teamwork environment that the company provides.
Daniel Moreno » Maintenance Coordinator
Daniel Moreno
Daniel Moreno has worked as PMC Maintenance Coordinator since September of 2021. In his position Moreno ensures all maintenance tickets are addressed, assists with projects and repairs, and is the front-line for maintenance calls. He has worn many hats throughout his career with previous experience as a customer service manager, sales representative, and interpreter. Moreno most enjoys how PMC is a company that values effort and hard work.

Carlos Morales » Maintenance Coordinator
Carlos Moraless
Carlos Morales started with PMC as a Maintenance Coordinator in March of 2022. He attended Universidad de Sonora where he attained a degree in Psychology. After he graduated, he shifted to a sales background where he found his passion in real estate. Morales leads the daily vendor operations to help solve requests that come from a property’s day-to-day usage, as well as coordinate the prep of recently vacated units. When he is not working, he can be found hiking or boxing.

Gerard Callaghan
Gerry Callaghan, who is a REALTOR® for Bradford Real Estate, has recently partnered with Property Management Connection in 2020 as the preferred buying and selling agent. He has been with Bradford Real Estate since 2017 which he feels is the perfect fit for him as a real estate specialist. He works hard to help his clients achieve their real estate goals, whether they are buying a home, selling their current home, or investing in the Nashville booming real estate market.

Gerry was born in New York, but lived in Florida for 20 years as an Event Producer and Director of Sales for a large corporate company. In 2011, he moved to Nashville as a result of a corporate transfer. Originally, Gerry was to only stay in Nashville for three years, but he quickly knew it would become his permanent home. Gerry and his husband fell in love with Music City and its people. They now have two fur babies at home that they love to spoil.

As a sales professional, Gerry has sold an array of products and services, but always enjoyed real estate as a diversion. When it was time for the next step in his career, he made the jump as a full-time realtor because of his strong love for it.

Kate Pulley
Kate began working as PMC’s leasing assistant in November 2021. She works closely with the operations team to make sure every property is rent ready! Kate earned her BBA at Lipscomb University in 2018 and spends much of her free time reading and traveling. The thing she finds most compelling about working at PMC is that every day is different!
